What types of massage do you offer?
I offer Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Both can be customised to your specific needs.
Which massage would you recommend?
Swedish massage is designed for relaxation and stress relief with light to medium pressure, while Deep Tissue is geared more towards relief of stiffness and muscle pain, with medium to deep pressure. If you’re still uncertain, let me know and I can help advise.
How long are your sessions?
I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing is recommended, particularly those you don’t mind getting oil on. When on the table, please remove all jewellery and clothing (except for underwear).
Is massage safe if I have health issues?
Most people can safely enjoy massage. However, there may be conditions which make massage potentially unsafe. This information will be collected when you fill out my consultation form.
How do I prepare?
Please arrive 10 minutes early, stay hydrated, and avoid heavy meals.
Do you offer gift certificates?
I currently offer e-vouchers, should you wish to gift my services to friends or family.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give me at least 24 hours’ notice should you wish to reschedule and 48 hours should you want to cancel.
